 BREAKTHROUGHS IN
MIMOLOGICAL RESEARCH
Kinetic Theory Experimental Theatre is an ensemble performance group dedicated to expanding and experimenting with the boundaries of mime and movement theatre. Since its conception in 2000, Kinetic Theory has been striving to expose audiences to an innovative form of mime, a mime without white face paint, without imaginary boxes, without limits. Under the artistic direction of Stephanie Abrams, the Kinetic Theory ensemble uses improvisation and theatrical exercises to collaboratively explore and create new works that push the limits of silent storytelling.
The Kinetic Theory ensemble is currently in the "lab" preparing a new "experiment" to introduce LA audiences
to our signature style of theatre.
